Find South Pointe Condominiums Edit page

From the Westlake commercial district in Hardy VA, turn off of Booker T. Washington Highway (also VA 122) on to Scruggs Road (also VA 616).  Drive on Scruggs Road for 3.9 miles then turn left on to Windlass Road (also Franklin County road 654).  Proceed about 1 mile and then turn right on to South Pointe Shore Drive.  There are four residential buildings in the condominium complex.  From left to right, assigned street address numbers of the buildings are, 295 (bldg 1), 305 (bldg 2), 335 (bldg 3) and 300 (bldg 4).  Each building contains twelve residential "units".  Units within buildings are numbered: 101 through 112; 201 through 212; 301 through 312; and 401 through 412.
